so we're getting this new chick at work in a couple of weeks..i'm excited..yay another girl..working in a place where the guy to girl ratio is like..40 millilon to 1..finding out another girl is joining us is cooool...especially since she's my age...so this was how the conversation went trying to find out how old the new girl was:

co-worker a: yah so i think the new girl is your age.
me: oh really? she graduated my year?
co-worker a: yah last year.
me: no that means she's a year older.
co-worker b: no, she's our age. it's already been a year since we've graduated!
me: oh damn...this year went by fast..it's already been a year?

geez..this time last year i was stuck in the engineering gateway labs all day and all night..with kel and gail to join in the craziness of trying to finish our senior project in time for our final presentations during memorial weekend...i still can't believe that that was a year ago..how time flies...
