let's see..where to start...don't you hate when you start thinking about something you hope doesn't happen..but with some twist of fate/bad luck, it ends up happening anyway?..yah well..i do..here's why..so i'm driving home from work yesterday..i had a short day so i was breezing home on the 101...no traffic, no big rigs around me, no trucks dropping things from their cargo..i'm enjoying the ride chillin w/ some bob marley on the tracks..and for some reason i was thinking about how sometimes new cars are the prime targets to get keyed or stolen or hit...and i'm thinking, maybe i should just keep my car in the garage until i get my plates so that no one knows it's new..and to lessen my chances of getting jacked...do you see the foreshadowing here?..all of the sudden i hear this crack noise shoot at my windshield..lo and behold..my 3 week old baby 4runner got it's windshield cracked=(...at the top right corner on the passenger side..kinda has that star shape to it..kinda spidery looking..so yah it sucks..i think i'll just get it sealed instead of shelling out for a new windshield just for practicality..it kinda got me in a sulky mood..but i got over it..cuz i mean..it could've been worse right?..no use crying over spilled milk..there's worse things going on in the world and a mere windshield accident is freakin laughable compared to everything else..so i'll get over it..*sigh*..i just thought it was pretty ironic how i was thinking about "what if's" happening to my car..and like 5 minutes later that "what if" came true..what boggles my mind is where that pebble or whatever came from..cuz i didn't see a thing..my dad thinks it's a conspiracy against all new cars..that someone deliberately looks for new cars and tosses rocks/coins/etc..at the windshield..i guess since the same thing happened to my uncle the first week he had his new car..ehhhh whatevers..
