He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; he who does not ask a question remains a fool forever.
-Chinese Proverb

haha duuuuuuude how could i forget this fun fun highlight from the wedding:

-riding in the limo on the way to the reception..when what song starts playing on the radio? kelly clarkson's "since you been gone"..hahha..and what do we do?..we blast that sucker and start singing to the song a la laguna beach style..hahahha...sooooooooo funny cuz even some of the guys were singing!..i guess it helped that we were warming up our singing voices with champagne=)

-and note to self..do not workout the legs and abs the night before if you haven't done that workout in a while.. b/c you'll just be all sore the day of the wedding=)..haha i learned the hard way..

anyways..what's up with this crazy weather?..kinda crazy seeing thunder and lightning on the drive to work..scary yet a beautiful site at the same time..wish i had my camera with me..but i heard that one of my co-workers gf's spun out on her way to work..so i'll say a prayer for her, hope she's okay!..that's sooooo scary..that's one thing that i'm always scared of when it rains..boo don't want to think of that right now..

so i haven't heard any news of being sent to texas to volunteer...since i guess i'll be free this weekend, i was able to sign up for the nike run hit wonder..woohoo fun..but dude, i haven't ran 6 miles in a while..i've only done my puny 2-3-4 miles..grrrreat..i think i better run tonight and thursday to get my blood pumping and to warm up my muscles..would hate to have side stitches on saturday...hehe on the registration form it asked if i had any requests for bands i'd like to see playing at future run hit wonders..i put save ferris=)..they're cool..could you imagine running your heart out..needing a little pick me up to get you to the finish line..and you hear them start singing they're SPAM song?

[chorus:]
Spam
It's pink and it's oval
Spam
I buy it at the Mobil
Spam
It's made in Chernobyl
Spam

Now when I was a child
My family was so poor
They didn't have the finer things in life to eat
So we had a plan
In a big blue can
The government substitute for meat

[repeat chorus]

To get me to eat it at dinner
They said I'd grow up like Bruce Jenner
He was a winner that never knew defeat
And when he got hungry
When he got hungry
He cracked open that special treat
It was

[repeat chorus]

S-P-A-M
Don't you know it's my best friend
S-P-A-M
Again and again and again

S-P-A-M
Don't you know it's my best friend
S-P-A-M
Again and again and again and again

So go and forget your O-S-C-A-R
There's one meat by-product that's best by far
It's

[repeat chorus]

haha that'd be funny..actually all they're songs are nice to listen too..."the world is new" "come on eileen"...okay or maybe i'm just biased to their group cuz me and boyfriend watched them at house of blues..hehe kind of our pseudo first date..but of course i thought we were "just friends" like all other girls do..hahah...so yah, i hope they play next year..c'mon let it happen..then i'll believe in the system!...just like when you board your plane..let's say..to chicago..and they seat you according to your boarding group, either A, B, or C..and if you're A..you get to board first!..cool huh?..yah well i thought it was!..and so i believed in the system..ha!
