workout- 1, study - 0

400m- 21mins. 20s rest every 25m. 1-2min rest after each 50m
so slow. learning bilateral breathing makes me feel like i'm learning to swim all over again!

on a plus, i lost 2 pounds=). woohoo, another good thing about being able to work out again. my ankle messed me up on running, but at least swimming was easier to get back into! let's hope i'm on a roll..i miss my old clothes!!!!!

hehe good for you! You're motivating me to geton the work out train! I'm not ready for a race yet, but maybe someday I'll join you and Boj in your triathlon adventures! so cool!
