okay so this is going to an old blog continued with a new blog...since i couldn't sign on to this sucker for like 2 days last week...i guess the server was down or something..so yah...i wanna write about last week so that i can look back and read about it..okay so the thursday before valentine's day i'm at work right?..and our secretary comes by and is like.. i've got a package for you..and i'm totally in shock...and i keep saying..no melissa i don't think that's mine.. are you sure it's for me??..and not until she shows me the label do i finally take the package..hahaha..so okay..it's a box full of a dozen roses from lou..and i'm sooooooooooo surprised!..hahahh cuz my co-workers were always saying that i'd get roses sent at work..and i'd always be like..no way..my boyfriend wouldn't do something like that...and look what happened...that was such the sweet surprise...i could barely concentrate on my work the rest of the day cuz i was so giddy and junk..corny i know...oh well!..so yah....on friday it was my little sister's b-day so we went out to dinner with the familia..let's just say that was a roller coaster of a night...grrrrr on the traffic we hit all night!!=P...then for the weekend we got to kick it at the gaslamp district in san diego...mucho fun...especially with lou's countdown and stuff=P..i wish irvine had a downtown like sd did...that would've been cool to have during college..i guess lil 'ol conservative irvine residents didn't want to pollute their town with bars/clubs/restaurants/crazy stores/street acts..and all that other dope stuff we see out in the rest of the world...hmm..sounds a bit like agoura..hahahha...after working in l.a...exploring california..i feel like i was a bubble child...growing up all secluded from everything..i guess it's cool..my parents just wanted to have peace of mind that we'd be safe and stuff...and so now..23 and all..i still act like a little kid, all naive and excited to see what's out there...people, and life in general never cease to amaze me...i guess with all the ups and downs out there everything happens for a reason..okay off on a tangent i go...laters..
