Some memories are realities, and are better than anything that can ever happen to one again.

So i was thinking about last friday night and all the good music that the deejays were playing...hahhah the funniest was when the robocop song came on..dancing next to me and lou were ai and jay...hahah and right when that song came on those two busted out the robocop...props to you two..i haven't seen that dance done in like forever!..well..okay not forever..but it has been awhile..i remember when i was in like the 3rd of 4th grade when my older cousins used to be deejays..they always played those types of songs..you know..besides robocop there was "it takes two"-both versions, seduction's and rob base's, then there were also "egypt" and "rock it don't stop it", all the debbie deb and freestyle songs, connie's "funky lil beat", lil suzy's "take me in your arms", stevie b's "spring love"..hahhah geez there's sooo many i could go on and on..but back then i thought those were the coolest songs...dude i still think they're the coolest songs..i'm such an 80's child..so whenever these songs came on...me and my cousins busted out our dope dance moves...that's right..it all started with the side-to-side dance step..hahhaha that's how our ate's and kuya's taught us to dance..we looked like freakin stick people!..and eventually it evolved..into the running man..hahha which turned into the bobby brown or was it the mc hammer=P....then there was the reebok, the cabbage patch..and so on..those were the days..and it's music like last friday night's that always makes me remember those times..and i just picture how silly we must've looked...but back then it was the in thing to wear two pairs of socks matching your outfit, to have the newest style of l.a gear's...my personal preference were the silver and white ones=P...having your hair teased bigger than peg bundy could imagine..although my hair was so thick that it just looked like a lion's mane..and for the guys it was to have their "french cuffed" jeans=P..hahahah..gosh..the kids of today are totally missing out..like when me and lou were pulling into his neighborhood on sunday we saw 3 boys on bikes..and i was like..dude i haven't seen kids on their bikes for a long time..i think kids are so caught up in video games and the internet that they feel like being stuck inside is more fun than riding your bmx's or your banana boat bikes outside...what're they thinking! that mentality's not suppose to kick in til their like our age...hahaha...but i loved being outdoors..i was the biggest tomboy..so yah..see what one little song i heard on friday could do??..triggering all these fun memories..bring on the good times baby!
