There's no such thing as an isolated man or woman; we're each of us made up of some cluster of appurtenances. What shall we call our 'self? Where does it begin? Where does it end?
--Henry James

So I've been thinking...is the working world always going to be as monotonous as it is right now?..or do we each reach some epiphany somewhere along the line and it's just like..wow..look at all this crap i've been learning..it's finally being put to use..and then you somehow become a working genius at whatever you do?...and things aren't so boring anymore...or are we just like drones-or is it bees??..working and working to please the queen..in which case..mine would be the management staff...ha or maybe it's just because i've been working overtime for the past 2 weeks and it's just draining all the energy out of me that the working life just seems so blah right now...yah that could be it...so coming home later than usual i tend to hit more traffic than i normally do...and i noticed two things...i hate drivers who try to speed up when you're merging into the lane from the on-ramp...hel-looo if you don't want to let the person in, change freakin lanes or speed up when you see them coming DOWN the ramp..if you're even capable of doing that..don't speed up so that we're side by side and try to push me off the road jackass!...secondly, i can't stand drivers who signal..and you slow down to let them in..and they don't switch lanes..so you speed up because you figure they just forgot to turn off the signal..and then they freakin change lanes at the last minute making you brake so hard so that you don't hit those dumbasses...hmm...road rage you say?..no way..it's they're faults!..hahahah...so anyway..good weekend..getting to celebrate a friend's birthday and seeing everyone again..as always..good times..
