for some reason i feel tired. mentally and physically i guess. but all worth going through since it was in good company and all the more to help me grow as a person.

weekend was good. got to have a mini-vacation with the family. we (all the cousins) drove up to mammoth at about 130am, got there at 630 and grabbed some breakfast til the lodge opened, and then boarded til closing..hahah soooooooooooo tiring. thank you boyfriend for driving too and staying to do more runs w/ me=). then left sunday morning and stopped by schat's...mmm cookies and bread=P. their sandwiches are good too..next time i'm getting pastrami for sure! good weekend but so tiring..haha. and ehhhh i learned that level vodka es no bueno. well to me at least, didn't go down smoothly. oh well. i also learned that i'm starting to enjoy going on the little mini jumps..hehe..although i ate it when i tried to get air and the other times i just wasn't going fast enough..next time i'll get it..ha! thanx for the planning ate rachel..next stop..winetasting again=)

took yesterday off to get some rest since we were all running on lack of sleep..good choice, seeing as how downtown was full of craziness yesterday. so me & boyfriend rested some, started 24 season 2..i can't stand kim!!! stupid daughter!!!..geez, c'mon now!, cooked some yummy pasta, and began the cardio training for team sumoknete's debut in next month's mudrun. oh my goodness. i'm so not in shape=(.

i started going back to the gym last week..did some weight training and dude i was sooo sore for boarding this weekend..ha.and then we ran yesterday at liberty. my first time running in like 2 months.. and of course, the first mile felt like the 10th mile to me. so long!!. when boyfriend suggested we do 4 miles i laughed and said yah right, only 3 for me..so we were on the 3rd mile and i was getting my stride back and figured okay, i can do 4. but noooooo, instead of the 4th mile..tyrant boyfriend decides we should do 10 runs up the hill so we can practice for that 500 foot incline or whatever distance during the mudrun..booooooooooooooooo that sucked sooo much. i was breathing so hard i felt like my heart was going to pop out too..but okay, as much as i resented it at the time..i guess now i feel good about it. but my poor knees..i don't thinking hill running is good for them=/. but i do enjoy getting back into the work out regime.

speaking of which. i owe mr. ryan 30 pushups still..hehe from our clippers/lakers bet about who'd have the better season..so okay i promise i'll do those tonight!! as i watch the lakers join the clippers in the "hallway" series=P..hehe...goooooooo lakers..i know phoenix is gonna come out with a vengeance..so y'all need to play hard! i'm so excited for tonight's game=). ahhh must've been nice for those who watched the 2 games in l.a...luckies!!! i'm soooo there for the next series though!! gosh i miss my robert horry.
