well i shall not bore you because i know you've been waiting for this. and i've been lagging on trying to keep updated too! so here goes:

100 pushups
100 situps (could only do 70)
100 squats


Friday 2/24, 5x5's
squats: 45/55/65/70/75/85
bench press w/ bar: 45/50/55/60/65
bent-over rows: 45/45/50/55/55

Monday 2/26, 5x5's
deadlifts: 45/55/65/75/85
bar bench press: 45/50/55/60/60
pullups (gravitron machine): 13/12/11/10/9

Tuesday 2/27, repeat as many sets in 20 minutes
5 jumping pullups
10 pushups on bench
15 squats
sets completed: 14


Thursday, 3/1
5k run


ahhhhh i miss the regular cardio. hahah although boyfriend says what we're doing has been a cardio workout, it's just really different to my old way of just running. so i guess change is good yeah? ooooh and speaking of changes..hehehe...tun tunna nuuuuuuuuuuh:

of course these were reenacted=P...i ended up kneeling down with him when he was putting on the ring bc it just felt weird looking down at him..hahaha. man, i have a fee-yon-say!..i asked if i can just call him fee=P
